What's New?
JRD Construction Inc., has been awarded the
Promise House Project located in New Brunswick, NJ.
This project will have 10 single apartments, totaling
approximately 6000 sf. Ground breaking is expected
the first quarter of 2012, with completion in
September of 2012.
Acelero Learning, a Head Start program has awarded JRD Construction Inc., a significant contract
to renovate a former warehouse in Perth Amboy, NJ for the expansion of the Early Head Start
Program for Middlesex County. This 12,000 sf renovation is complete, and final sitework and
playground construction is currently underway. This will be the third significant project undertaken
for Acelero Learning and illustrates the effectiveness of our company.
In February of 2012, JRD Construction Inc., was awarded the Holocaust, Genocide, & Human
Rights Education Project for Brookdale Community College, in Lincroft NJ. The project will create
a new exhibit for the education center, housing valuable archives preserved for future generations.
The project will be completed in August of 2012.
JRD Construction Inc., recently completed the Rutgers Student Center alterations in New
Brunswick, NJ. This project was fast tracked and completed on time over the Winter Break to
avoid disruptions to ongoing activities.
The Diocese of Metuchen, Catholic Charities has awarded several renovation projects to JRD
Construction Inc. Continued success has resulted in repeat business, and the business
relationship continues to grow, now in our fifth consecutive year.
JRD Construction Inc., has been award several Dormitory Renovation projects at Drew University
in Madison, NJ. The projects are on schedule for the 2012 school year. The projects include
bathroom and kitchen renovations, as well as interior upgrades to several apartment buildings.
Several projects were recently completed for Monmouth Medical Facility, in Long Branch, NJ.
HVAC upgrades, electrical improvements, interior finishes, and new acoustical ceilings were the
major components of these projects, and were all completed on "off-hours". Significant
renovations have also been completed in the Emergency Department, on time and budget.
JRD Construction Inc., maintains outstanding relationship with all of their clients, and as a result a
significant back log of work is in place for the upcoming year. These projects include several
office renovations, utility work, and new construction.
