Baxter Healthcare Inc., has awarded JRD Construction Inc., the contract to renovate 35,000
square feet of an existing office area into a upscale Administrative Office Area. The scope of
the work include high end Millwork, Architectural, and Lighting improvements.
A significant improvement to the entrance at Drew University in Madison, NJ was completed
ere completed on time for the 2008 school year. This work included substantial site work,
ornamental iron gates, as well as masonry piers.
JRD Construction Inc., was recently selected by Hollywood Golf Club in Deal NJ as General
Contractor for five new buildings on their site. These buildings included a new Staff
Dormitory, Tennis Pro Shop, and several Maintenance / Storage buildings. This project has
been completed on schedule, with outstanding results.
Recently, JRD Construction Inc., complete fit-out of the ground floor apartments, specifically
designed for ADA requirements. The property owner, Catholic Charities was extremely
pleased with the construction, and is looking forward to more projects with JRD
Construction.
Several projects were recently completed for Monmouth Medical Facility, in Long Branch, NJ.
HVAC upgrades, electrical improvements, interior finishes, and new acoustical ceilings
were the major components of these projects, and were all completed on "off-hours".
Significant renovations have also been completed in the Patient Registration area, on time
and budget.
JRD Construction Inc., maintains outstanding relationship with all of their clients, and as a
result a significant back log of work is in place for the upcoming year. These projects
include several office renovations, utility work, and new construction.
