What's New?
In April of 2009, JRD Construction Inc., was award a significant contract to renovate the Old Library
Building at The College of NJ, in Ewing Township. The 40,000 square foot project has been
completed on schedule, in December of 2009.
JRD Construction Inc., is currently constructing several new offices for Catalent Pharma Solutions
in Somerset, NJ. The project is in an existing facility, and all work is being completed after hours
to avoid disruptions to the office functions.
The Diocese of Metuchen, Catholic Charities has awarded several renovation projects to JRD
Construction Inc. Continued success has resulted in repeat business, and the business
relationship continues to grow, now in our third consecutive year.
Renovations to the file storage rooms, including the installation of FM 200 fire suppression
systems have been completed for MDS Pharma Services, in Neptune NJ. The design build
contract was completed of the recent holiday break to avoid disruption to the staff and ongoing
activities.
JRD Construction Inc., was reward with more repeat business at the Westlake Golf & Country
Club in Jackson NJ. This work included remodeling of their exercise room and was completed
over a very short period of time.
Baxter Healthcare Inc., has awarded JRD Construction Inc., the contract to renovate 45,000 square
feet of an existing office area into a upscale Administrative Office Area. The scope of the work
include high end Millwork, Architectural, and Lighting improvements. This project has been
completed on time, in June of 2009.
JRD Construction Inc., has been award several Dormitory Renovation projects at Drew University
in Madison, NJ. The projects are on schedule for the 2009 school year. The projects include
bathroom and kitchen renovations, as well as interior upgrades to several apartment buildings.
Several projects were recently completed for Monmouth Medical Facility, in Long Branch, NJ.
HVAC upgrades, electrical improvements, interior finishes, and new acoustical ceilings were the
major components of these projects, and were all completed on "off-hours". Significant
renovations have also been completed in the Patient Registration area, on time and budget.
JRD Construction Inc., maintains outstanding relationship with all of their clients, and as a result a
significant back log of work is in place for the upcoming year. These projects include several
office renovations, utility work, and new construction.
