Installation of new Nuclear Camera equipment. The project was completed in a 72 hour time frame to minimize disruptions to the ongoing operations and services of the hospital. JRD Construction Inc., worked closely with the equipment vendors for a successful project.

Various projects completed over a two year period in excess of $8M. Projects included a full Lobby renovation, 40,000 SF of patient rooms, Physical Therapy renovations, new Outpatient entrances and extensive site work and landscaping improvements.

6,000 square feet of patient room renovations. Assisted owner and architect with developing finish standards for prototypical private patient rooms to be implemented throughout the hospital on all projects moving forward.

Building addition and renovation of the existing Middle School, which included significant mechanical upgrades and site work. The project was completed during the summer months and opened on time for the fall school year.

Significant interior renovations over a two year period consisting over 40,000 SF of Class A interior office renovations. The project involved complex design components such as circular framing and glass as pictured above.

Post Hurricane Sandy reconstruction which included the construction of flood proof vestibules and doorways. The project included replacing the existing current wall with water proofed brick and masonry along with new exterior windows all designed to prevent future storm damage.
